Showcasing the collaborative effort between viewers and myself, we create art based on suggestions by viewers every Mon, Tues, Wed. Once the figure is sculpted and painted, we then offer a chance to own this piece, by raffling it off.

Kearjun x Guumon Fuckin Rock Figures Avail Via Instagram Lottery

Kearjun has teamed up with Guumon for the debut of his latest figure Fuckin' Rock, proudly presenting the "Zombi Rubs" micro-run! Inspired by a number of contemporary neo kaiju staples including Nag Nag Nag's Boryoku Genjin, the rock-like kaiju stands at around 7" tall, featuring articulation in the head and legs as well as some familiar double jointing in the arms. Limited to just 3 figures cast in what appears to be a white soft vinyl, each has been treated to a number of unique sprays over detail hugging black rubs, each coming complete with a set of creepy red inset eyes. Currently up for grabs via Instagram lottery for $210 shipped in the US ($225 worldwide), interested parties are going to need to DM Guumon (@guumon) before close on Wednesday, July 6th... The Four Horsies of the Pocalypse Almost Ready to Launch on Kickstarter

Well, the Kickstarter to fund the Four Horsies of the 'Pocalypse figures is almost ready to launch! As I assist Bigshot Toyworks in setting everything up, and the video whiz kids are completing the video work, I thought I'd share a bit more news: in this Kickstarter, Bigshot will be selling the Four Horsies figures in one boxed set. There will again be matching colorways: GID (limited to 300 sets) and Spirit World clear (limited to 200 sets). These colorways and production numbers match those of the Little Maddie production run. There will also be the opportunity to pick up Little Maddies along with your Four Horsies sets, in case you missed her the first time around.

Speaking of which... Maddies are just about to be released by the nefarious East Koast Inspektors who are currently examining her from tentacle to fetlock... in search of what, we don't know. All we know is that once she is released upon the world, the 'Pocalypse will truly be upon us! Because we will be launching the Kickstarter for the Four Horsies at exactly the same time as our Little Maddie backers receive their Maddies and other assorted rewards!

More on the other associated rewards for the Four Horsies Kickstarter in the next blog post... till then, please follow @the4horsies on Instagram and Twitter. We will be releasing info daily on those platforms as well as on the Four Horsies website.

Professorrix Please Paint More Toys

Instagram is super awesome, because not only do I not get solicited weight loss pills and housecleaning services in my feed all day, but I also find really cool creative folks- often with the help of other really cool creative folks. Sculptor @KevinPasko made me aware that painter @professorrix Aaron Rix would do well to paint more toys for us to enjoy.

Aaron is no stranger to painting, though this is the first time he's applied his skills and ideas to a vinyl toy- and it's beautiful. This Egyptian themed Kidrobot Trikky, titled "Jeweled Mummy Mau", looks like it should be behind glass in a collection of ancient artifacts.

A little while back, JC Rivera came up with this striking character based on the Instagram logo. He's already shown it to the people at Instagram and received their support, so he obtained the legal permissions necessary to develop this idea further.
JC enlisted the help of Scott Wetterschneider of www.shinbonecreative.com who digitally sculpted this figure, and now comes the difficult part: what's the next step in this project? Well, we'll all have to wait and see what JC decides, but I am assisting him in any way I can to help bring this project to fruition. What do you guys think? The next Andrew Bell Android?
