Brachiosore! Custom Sno-Cone Edition by Atom-X

by
Atom X took James Groman's Brachiosore sculpt and created a colorful custom titled "Sno-Cone". Aptly named due to the multi color application, which fades from lighter pastels on the head, down to the not so bright pastels on it's tale. Atom X also took the time to highlight the exposed internal features of this colorful dino, adding a certain level of terrifying creature to this brightly colored creation. This one of a kind piece is available through Atom X's online store, currently priced at $300.

New Breakfast Bears from One-Eyed Girl

by

The Breakfast Bears are the neweat creations from One Eyed Girl. Consisting of Pancake Bear, Need More Coffee Bear, Bacon Bear, Donut Bear, Cinnabun Bear, and Waffle Bear they will be available at One Eyed Girl's booth (#532) at Five Points Fest, which they'll be sharing with Lickyourelbow.

When you touch or "scratch" the bellies of each figure, it activates the delicious and realistic scent of each food.  Pancakes smell like maple syrup, bacon smells like bacon, cinnabun smells like cinnamon, etc. It's a fun way to make the pieces more interactive and who doesn't love to smell their favorite foods any time of day!? The scent will last for hundreds of scratches.  To make the scent last longer, avoid hard or excessive scratching or rubbing.  A gentle brush is all you need to release the scent.

Coarse Toys Paw Golden God custom from Big C

by

A group of archaeologists found a glowing stone, while traveling through the jungle overnight.  The next day they realized that this mysterious stone belonged to a giant statue dedicated to the golden god.  During the excavation process, one of the workers was mortally wounded, and as soon as the first drop of blood hit the statue, the statue awakened, as the stone turned to gold. This piece represents the golden god, mid-transformation.

Big C has done it again, this time using his talents to transform a Raw Paw (Coarse Toys) into the Golden God. I love the way he captured the effects of aged stone that has been sitting in the jungle, partially covered in moss and dirt.  The transition from stone to gold is seamless and the greenish eyes and blood give this piece just enough color to make it pop.  Oh....and did I mention that it glows?  The glow on this piece is amazing.

Big C created this piece for his own personal collection, but he is willing to field offers.

Big C Reveals Custom King Korpse # 2: Rancid Meat

by

They captured the Kong and tried to fuse his skeleton with a pearlized metal, but something went wrong.  He broke free but his condition is getting worse. Now he's just Rancid Meat.

Big C has done it again, putting his touch on the beautiful King Korpse, by James Groman and Insticntoy. He left just enough unpainted space for the original blue glow to show, and the gory details are amazing.

This piece was a private commission for the same collector who purchased the Reanimated King Korpse. This means that Big C will have both pieces on display in his booth at Five Points, before shipping them to their new home.

Cherry Blossom a new custom release from Taylored Curiosities

by

Taylored Curiosities has three new custom Kidrobot figures, each linked with a Cherry Blossom theme, yet varied with their own personality. A little companion is with each beast and contains a small piece of rose quartz in their tummy (which aids to balance our emotions). These teeny creatures are removable (with the use of extremely tiny magnets). Completed with removable bases, hand cut and varnished (and made from an old family apple tree).

The fourth instalment in this series is a Cherry Blossom themed, tree stump house. This is an original (cast from their sculpt) and then customized to link with the theme. Two little creatures inhabit this dwelling, along with their tiny baby in its acorn cot (the same healing crystals and attaching magnets are used in this piece).

The figures and tree stump house are available now on Taylored Curiosites website.

The 3D Hero releases Cobalt Battle Bunny and Scarlet Scrapper

by
With names like Cobalt Battle Bunny and Scarlet Scrapper who could possibly be intimidated by such harmless sounding creatures? Well this dynamic duo is far from being descendants of Peter Cottontail or even the Easter Bunny. These 3- inch rodents are here to wreak havoc in the streets of 3D Hero City!

The 3D Hero himself (Tavvon Reynolds) has gone completely insane with his new fascination with terror and villainy, combining it with his first loves of all things cute & all things mech. Sticking to his very industrialized and dystopian style Hero sculpted these critters atop of  2 Dunny cyborg bases. Word has it that these are the first in a new series that the Hero is creating; each one to be more mind-blowing than its predecessor. If  the Battle Bunnies are just the tip of the iceberg, may the gods have mercy on the citizens of 3D Hero City.

Cobalt Battle Bunny and Scarlet Scrapper are both available for purchase here. For the latest updates follow The 3D Hero on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
