TOYSREVIL: Teaser for Agent K Dunny by Rsin (NYCC Release):
Kidrobot unveils a new teaser image for a production Dunny from well-known toy customizer Rsin ! Named " Agent K ", the 3" Dunny "features a uniquely sculpted head and vibrant magenta and green paints." And from the response and congratulations across the board from fellow practisioners and fans, this is an extremely welcomed development indeed!

Limited to 1,200 pieces world wide, and priced at US$14.95 per, Agent K drops October 12 and will be exclusively available at New York Comic Con Kidrobot Booth #2909. As well Rsin himself will be present for a release signing Friday, October 12 from 12-2pm. Stay tuned for more details.


Rsin's main location for NYCC will be our booth we're splitting: 3121. But he'll be on hand at the Kidrobot booth 2909 for his Dunny signing / release. I'm so so stoked for him!

Bubble Heroes by Hybrid

Well looks like an artist and event from my neck of the woods. Unfortunately I was not able to make it to Vinyl Thoughts 3 this year due to my day job, but this custom set designed and created by Hybrid are one of the great things to come out of the event. They were sold as individual boxes from a set of 20 and as a Heroes United set which included the complete set and an exclusive Wolverine: Weapon X dunny. The set included Captain America, Iron Man, Wolverine: Classic Brown Costume, The Hulk, Colossus, Iron Fist, Night Crawler, & Doctor Strange. A second set is in the works and has been hinted to be villains to contrast this first series. Coolvader Mega Munny Raffle!

I'm very excited to share my most recent project with all who appreciate my work.
The Mega Munny Raffle...

I'm creating a new dunny army with a minimum of 30 participants, and a max of 40.
$100 per person, multiple entries allowed. All shipping paid for.
The purchase enters you in the raffle, with the chance to win one of the following:

1st prize: monkey mega munny

2nd prize: (four winners) 4" version of the monkey on a mini munny

3rd prize: (25-35 winners): 4 mega monkey prints and a 3" dunny, (one of three fully detailed designs.)

I consider the monkey to be the finest work I've ever done on a Kidrobot figure.
I spent countless hours on it, in what was truly a labor of love. Tons of people have been interested in purchasing it at the Kidrobot store in NYC, where it's been on display for over a year. However, the price point has always been too high. It is my hope that this project will give people the chance to add this one of a kind piece to their collections in an affordable manner.

Tenacious Toys in conjunction with Dead Hand Toys announces Resin is King Series 2: a blind-boxed resin mini figure series featuring the sculptural resin work of 16 artists! Each artist was asked to develop a new sub-3" resin sculpt and submit 10 pieces to the series using that sculpt. With 160 pieces in Series 2, this promises to be a much bigger release than Series 1.

We even worked with our good friend Lisa at Kidrobot: the KRNY store will host the Resin is King Series 2 release party on October 4th from 6-8pm! Many of the artists will be there in person to sign their pieces, and there will be exclusive and highly-limited prints by some of the artists available for purchase. Blind boxes and full, sealed 16-pieces cases/sets of the RIKS2 BBs will also be available, and we'll be hiding a Golden Ticket in one of those blind boxes that will get the lucky winner a sweet prize from Argonaut Resins! On October 5th, any leftover Resin is King Series 2 blind boxes will be put up for sale online at TenaciousToys.com.

"Lottie the metal girl: Circa 1886" by deeten

DeeTen made this excellent piece for the upcoming "Two-Faced show" in October.

"The expedition into the parallel world in 1886 discovered a world where clockwork and steam power were perfected into highly sophisticated technologies. Along their trip they saw many mechanical marvels; a floating city, massive airships, as well as mechanical people!  Lottie was a girl saved from an early grave by the modern day technology of her time and dimension. The notes in the expedition claim she was a very kind and adventurous soul, always testing the limits of her metal body. They even noted her strange habit of chewing on pocket watches, which they claimed were like biscuits to her. Being an explorer herself she wanted to join our 1886 expedition on their return from her parallel universe. Little did we know when the hole between the universes was closed, all of our gifts from the people, artifacts, and technology ceased to function. Lottie remains frozen and non functional exactly how she was when the portal closed in 1886."
