Argonaut Resins, The Jelly Empire and Laura Alvarez released an ornament set recently, featuring small cast resin pieces from each artist. Priced at $40 for the set of three pieces, as of this post, only one of the five sets is left. Big changes are expected from Argonaut Resins in the coming year, so be sure to keep an eye out and an ear to the ground.

Our friend Selina (The Jelly Empire) will be selling these awesome, OOAK resin Cosmic Jellybots at MoCCA Arts Fest in NYC on April 5 & 6, along with a few different Jellybot plushes!
Meet the Jellybots that accidentally swallowed up stars and nebulas on their way to Earth! Now they are filled with little cosmic power ready to take over! 10 pieces in total.
I will also have more plush for event and it also includes a special edition to go along with some regular ones. It's all about the moustache.
Any leftovers will be uploaded into my online shop after this weekend at www.thejellyempire.storenvy.com

It's the Holidays and The Jelly Empire, aka Selina Briggs, is celebrating by creating some awesome holiday themed customs. Comprised of an Argonauts Resins Mini Tuttz and a Jellybot, each custom set is priced at $60 plus shipping. The first set is includes a Mini Tuttz Grinch and Max themed Jellybot. Jellybot Max even has the attached reindeer antler. Amazing attention to detail. The second set is peppermint candy themed, complete with red and white striped Mini Tuttz and Jellybot. Both sets will go on sale Friday, December 14th, at 3pm EST (or Noon PST).
For more pictures, head on over to The Jelly Empire blog, here. While you are looking around The Jelly Empire shop, why not purchase a mystery bag original sketch or some stickers, all of which are awesome.

ANNOUNCING RESIN IS KING SERIES 2
Tenacious Toys in conjunction with Dead Hand Toys announces Resin is King Series 2: a blind-boxed resin mini figure series featuring the sculptural resin work of 16 artists! Each artist was asked to develop a new sub-3" resin sculpt and submit 10 pieces to the series using that sculpt. With 160 pieces in Series 2, this promises to be a much bigger release than Series 1.
We even worked with our good friend Lisa at Kidrobot: the KRNY store will host the Resin is King Series 2 release party on October 4th from 6-8pm! Many of the artists will be there in person to sign their pieces, and there will be exclusive and highly-limited prints by some of the artists available for purchase. Blind boxes and full, sealed 16-pieces cases/sets of the RIKS2 BBs will also be available, and we'll be hiding a Golden Ticket in one of those blind boxes that will get the lucky winner a sweet prize from Argonaut Resins! On October 5th, any leftover Resin is King Series 2 blind boxes will be put up for sale online at TenaciousToys.com.
WHAT IS RESIN IS KING?
The idea for the Resin is King blind box series was born out of an interest in artisanal resin collectibles. Brian Ahlbeck (Dead Hand Toys) and I decided last year that we wanted to shine a light on the top-level craftsmanship and creativity of resin figures and the artists that make them. We made a few phone calls and Resin is King Series 1 was born. Now for Series 2, we've expanded to reflect the wide variety of resin figures being produced day in and day out. We're always really excited as we prepare for these releases because every single WIP shot that rolls in is a brand-new sculpt! We hope you dig these resin figures as much as we do.
