Space Station Helios's greatest soldier!  Bones has defended earth from destruction, invasion, and even a meteor or two.

Bones is the most popular of all WBRs, as he has been on nearly every mission since Helio's inception. His painted bones mark him as a robot to be reckoned with!  All who have faced him have perished.

Thank you for your service, Bones.  We would all be lost without you.

Our hero has been hand-painted using high quality acrylic paints and washes by SoKo Cat.  It comes signed and dated by SoKo Cat.

SoKo Cat Release - Custom Godzilla - Chibi Godzilla

Chibi Godzilla has been custom molded and cast in resin.  SoKo Cat has hand-painted the completed pull, with high-quality acrylics and washes, to produce a unique, original-colorway itty bitty kaiju!  With yellow, glazed eyes and painted fangs, the detail on this piece is remarkable, given it is only 7/8 inches tall!

10 custom Chibi Godzillas are available!  They will be available for purchase from SoKo Cat's online store, dropping Monday, May 2, 2016!  Be sure to keep an eye out for these adorable but still fierce monsters, as they will surely sell out quickly!

Important: Due to the nature of their small size, there may my a few small imperfections in the cast resin (i.e. itty bitty bubbles.)  It is because of this reason that they will be priced at $25 each with
free domestic shipping!

Dark Choices x SoKo Cat - Custom Painted Choices

Choices was created by Jermaine Rogers in 2014.  Custom toy painter, SoKo Cat, has created her second custom Choices, entitled Dark Choices, that gives the piece a darker, more ominous feel while still maintaining a natural color scheme that highlights Rogers' brilliant texture.

"Dark Choices", has been hand-painted using high-quality acrylics and washes, and comes signed and dated by SoKo Cat!  It will be available for purchase from her online store this week, so be sure to keep an eye out for this drop because they will sell quickly!  Only two of these unique 8" figures have been created!

Crummy Gummy Show at New York Comic Con 2015

Crummy Gummy returns to New York Comic Con only this time with some friends! Crummy Gummy’s Four Faced Gummy Bear Show will be taking place at the PIQ Booth #614 located in the Block. He hand selected 8 artists to customize his newest figure and the line up includes: Jon Paul Kaiser, Sugar Fueled, SoKo Cat, Steve Parker, The Drif, Topheroy, MannyX and Obscure. He will also be signing at the booth on Friday at 4pm.

SoKo Cat Release - Custom Painted Rancid Raptor - "Almost Extinct"

Rancid Raptor was designed/sculpted by James Groman and produced by Grody Shogun.  Custom toy painter, SoKo Cat, has created an amazing work of art that not only highlights Groman's amazing sculpting ability, but also brings the figure to life by means of an original but still wildly excellent paint job!

The one-off 4" sofubi figure, entitled "Almost Extinct", has been hand-painted using high-quality acrylics and washes, and comes signed and dated by SoKo Cat!  It will be available for purchase from her online store this week, so be sure to keep an eye out for this drop because it will sell quickly!

There are rumors that SoKo Cat will be painting another Rancid Raptor with a different colorway, but no details have been provided yet.

Tenacious Toys NYCC 2014 Exclusives

This year, Steph and I are going about NYCC a bit differently... after managing this huge booth last year in addition to trucking in and selling our own exclusives and regular inventory, I personally was beyond exhausted... I took a lot of time off after NYCC, which really isn't great for business. You build up all this momentum, and that's the worst time to disappear and have the shop closed and fail to respond to emails. Lesson learned.

For 2014, I decided I am JUST managing this booth, so I can be more present to chat with people, take care of my collective and makes sure the whole 600-square-foot shebang goes off smoothly.

That being said, it's really difficult for me to actually roll up to NYCC without bringing along some exclusive releases. Thankfully I can rely on a network of super talented artists to create cool pieces for us to sell.

This blog post will grow, but for today, here are the first Tenacious Toys NYCC exclusives I have to share:

SoKo Cat Release - Vinyl Thoughts New York Submission (Concealed Contriteness)

Concealed Contriteness depicts six roaring 3" executioner Dunnys wielding an axe.  Once unmasked, however, we see that they are not actually aggressively roaring, but in fact, crying out in anguish.

These penitent people just want to go home, open some ale, and relax!  But they have a job to do.  Onward, dear friends.  You can drink your problems away tonight...

Each Dunny has been hand-painted with high-quality acrylics, and contains several hand-made additions: belt, hair wrap, axe and  hood.

Each figure comes signed and dated by SoKo Cat and are available for $55 a piece in her store.

 SubUrban Vinyl’s Valentine’s Day art show: “Heart Strings: Art to make hearts all a flutter or help mend the broken ones” is over and SoKo Cat's "Sweetheart Pups" are back and available on sale in her store right now.
