Sneak Peek at Rainbow Roll from Camilla d'Errico x Toyqube

A new sneak peek of Camilla d'Errico's upcoming toy collaboration with Toyqube has surfaced! Camilla's most recent designer toy release, as part of J*Ryu x Kidrobot's Arcane Divination series, was a little bit of a darker tone overall. So seeing this cute little sushi getting set for 2018's table is a nice contrast. This little morsel is based on a painting by the same title, Rainbow Roll.

And looks to have been recently previewed as a prototype at December 2017's Hong Kong Toy Con.

With a 2018 projected release date for these cuties getting served up, it'll be the first time I'm looking forward to some foodpics!

Camilla d'Errico Timed Release Milkfall Fine Art Print

Camilla d'Errico's oil painting "My Milkfall" is now available as a Limited Edition Timed Release Fine Art Print. Milkfall prints are 16x20" on 300gsm Moab Entrada paper, and come signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity. Tasha Zimich x SubUrban Vinyl NYCC Exclusives

I am returning for my 2nd year at New York Comic Con, and am bringing down some new releases for Suburban Vinyl Booth 208 in The Block. In celebration of Camilla d'Errico's No Ordinary Love Statue being a finalist in the Designer Toy Awards for Outstanding Production, I've hand-painted a No Ordinary Love statue in inverted colours.

This 7" one-off painted piece, "Cuddle Fish", will be available at Suburban Vinyl's booth for 275$.

Also at Suburban Vinyl's booth 208 will be a new pair of custom 3" Dunny, these carousel horse themed pieces are called "Button" and "Belle". They will be available for 80$ea.

Camilla d'Errico New Fonzo Gaia For FonzoLovesTheUK

 

It's coming up- it's happening! A fantastic lineup of talented artists from both North America and the UK have been gearing up for Freakstore's Fonzo Loves The UK exhibition at Sho Gallery opening this Saturday May 11.

 

Fine Artist Camilla d'Errico returns after a smashingly successful showing at Fonzo Love NY- her first Fonzo, "Rainbow In My Eyes", sold on preview. Camilla's new contribution is titled "Gaia" and her beauty is sure to ensnare you (figuratively speaking) in her beautiful flowing locks. 

 

"Gaia" will be available through the Sho Gallery, and if you're quick enough on preview, through freakstore@rocketmail.com for 280£. This is a good opportunity for fans both new and diehard to add an original oil painting of Camilla's to their collection.

Camilla d'Errico Custom Android & Live Painting

 

A couple of weeks ago a Work-In-Progress photo surfaced of pop surrealist contemporary painter Camilla d'Errico working on a custom Android. She has finished the piece- and what a charming little girl she is! Bright blue eye a-twinkle, Camilla's signature traditional media style is very present when she, infrequently, paints designer toys.

 

Getting to watch Camilla paint on toys or canvas is mesmerizing- and Camilla will be live-painting at Emerald City Comic Con Fri Mar 1st in The Baltic Room 9:30pm. Hosted by outstanding female SuperGeek Molly McIsaac, artists David Mack, Carl Faulkner, Mark Brooks, Rebecca Watts, Camilla and many more will be live-painting into the night. The pieces the artists create will then be auctioned at ECCC the following day to raise money for Seattle Children's Hospital.

 

If you're attending Emerald City, or in the Seattle area, you can find Camilla d'Errico at ECCC Artist Alley booth#B15-16 where she'll be celebrating a new Charity Print Release and her brand new Artbook release from Darkhorse Comics.

Camilla d'Errico Custom Fonzo for Fonzo Love NY

Comics illustrator and Fine Arts painter Camilla d'Errico has a new painted toy to contribute to My Plastic Heart and Freakstore's Fonzo Love NY Exhibition.
Fonzo is a 6" French Bulldog platform, an animal close to Camilla's heart as she owns her own little Frenchie named Loki.

This piece, titled "Rainbow in my Eyes", features a dripping rainbow spill that follows a similar vein to some of Camilla's recent Pop Surrealist paintings she exhibited at her Candy Escape Show last October.
