Steve Jackson Games Exclusive October Toys' OMFG Series 2

Fans of the Munchkin game series, G.U.R.P.S., Illuminati, and Cthulhu Dice know exactly who Steve Jackson is.  Today, October Toys revealed a Steve Jackson Games exclusive orange edition of the OMFG series 2 gang.  The set includes a Munchkin bookmark featuring Puke Knight, a member of  "The Overpowered Munchkin-Fighting Gentleman".  Head over to Warehouse 23 to get your set.

October Toys' Skeleton Warriors Kickstarter

George and Ayleen Gaspar of October Toys are resurrecting (see what I did there?) the 1994 Skeleton Warriors toy line.  In addition to being AWESOME, these figures will be Glyos compatible!  What does that mean?

NYCC has come and gone, but there's lots more that October has to offer us.  Halloween is just around the corner and October Toys has announced the next colorways of their ever popular Baby Deadbeet minifigures.  Starting tomorrow, October 12th, at 12 noon PST (3pm EST) you can add the Full Moon and Midnight Baby Deadbeets to your collection for just $2 each!  But don't wait around.  As any collector fond of these guys knows that they fly off the shelf (or box or bucket or whatever they keep those things in).

Sunday, Busy Sunday - Wiseman and The Crane, Deadbeets

As you know, this Sunday is Super Series Sunday at Tenacious Toys!  You didn't know that?  Well this Sunday is Super Series Sunday at Tenacious Toys!!  That means some cool exclusive toys.  This time around it's Kris Dulfer of KiD iNK iNDUSTRY's Wiseman and The Crane blind bagged resin piece.  Cast in a rainbow of translucent and opaque colorways, Wise Man and Crane was molded from a very special statue.

During the traveling related to his tour of duty, my pops found himself briefly in Thailand. While in Thailand he came across a merchant who was selling different wares and curios. Among the objects he selected a metalish figurine of an old man with a crane perched at his feet. An excellent gift, he thought, for my grandmother. He eventually returned home from his tour. My grandmother possessed the figurine till she passed away, upon which my father reacquired it. The figurine was always on my father's dresser as far back as I could remember, and I was always fascinated by it.

 Kris' 3.5" Wiseman and The Crane will available this Sunday, September 15th, at 12pm EST for just $25.

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!  The 15th is always an important day for collectors of the Scott Tolleson x George Gaspar Baby Deadbeets series.  This time around October Toys have two more to add to your collection, Bruiser and Thrilla.  To top it off, a full size Deadbeet will be released on the same day, the Birthday Suit Deadbeet.  This one looks perfect for customizers.  Both will be available at 3PM EST.  $2 each for the Baby Deadbeets and just $60 for the 7.5" Japanese vinyl Deadbeet.

So this is a new daily post (save for the weekends sometimes) featuring a product from the shop that you should be interested in and add to your collection. I am starting it off with one of my favorites that I still need to pick up my self, the OMFG Series 2 Tenacious Toys exclusive white colorway. These are reminiscent of those M.U.S.C.L.E. toys from the eighties. I used to collect them and would sit in class and imagine them wrestling one another around the school while my teacher droned on, now with the OMFG series I imagine them taking chunks out of one another, but that is a discussion for me and my shrink. Anyway, not only are these some bad ass toys from some bad ass artists (redjarojam, Kenjitron/George Gaspar, RuFuS, turboPistola and Monsterforge/M-Flem-Jr) So head over to the Tenacious Toys store and join me in my delusion by picking up this exclusive colorway today. The set of five is only $10 and with this being basically blank, would be great as is or for customization.
