UVD Toys x Brian Ewing "The Kiss" Offset Pin Available Tomorrow!

UVD Toys is excited to announce their latest pin collaboration with the artist Brian Ewing! In 2017 the artist most famously known for his rock posters and tattooing created a poster called "The Kiss" inspired by a movie you may have heard of. UVD Toys has transformed the design into a 1.5" offset metal pin to capture the exact design as depicted on the classic poster. These pins will be available Thursday July 26th at Noon EST HERE for $15 each (which includes free US shipping). If you are a fan of Ewing's classic anatomy poster style then this is the perfect item to add to your collection!

UVD Toys x MJ Hsu Ellie The Jellyfish Princess Now On Kickstarter!

UVD Toys and MJ Hsu are excited to announce that Ellie The Jellyfish Princess is currently on Kickstarter! Over the past 6 months they have been developing the prototype for the 8.5" figure and are hoping with your support they will be able to turn this design into a full production figure. They offer a wide variety of backer rewards ranging from a button pack, print, enamel pin, resin figures, original art and more. You can purchase the original colorway for $100 or the Kickstarter exclusive colorway for $110 along with some additional goodies as well. Kickstarter: Luna by The Bots & UVD Toys

Kickstarter is becoming one of the better platforms for artists to gauge interest and fund projects that would otherwise just be a pipe dream. The Bots, Jenn and Tony, have joined forces with the newly created UVD Toys to bring Luna to life. Luna is a creature that has lived in the sketchbook of the Bots for some time now. Developing the sculpt and details over the past 8 months, The Bots and UVD have turned to Kickstarter to help fund the creation of this wonderful creature. With reward tiers ranging from $5 for a button pack, to higher tiers which include different artists customizing Luna for the generous pledgers. DCON: WuzOne Custom Dunnys at Urban Vinyl Daily Booth #707

Urban Vinyl Daily is really going to have a lot of different customs at Designer Con 2015. Spanish customizer, WuzOne, painted up a couple of Dunnys that will be available through the Urban Vinyl Daily Booth #707. Featuring WuzOne's unique application of colors and lines, these customs will likely go fast. Priced at $80 a piece, these will make a great addition to any collection.

DCON 2015: AngelOnce Signing and Live Sketching Session

Designer Con 2015 will not only have a ton of artists, booths, and awesome custom and original pieces, many booths will also have artist signings and live sketching. On Saturday, Nov. 21st at 1pm, Urban Vinyl Daily will play host to AngelOnce. Booth #707 will turn pink with angry elephants, as AngelOnce will be on hand for a signing and live sketching session. AngelOnce is known for trying to make the world pink, creating pink elephants wherever he can. For Designer Con 2015, AngelOnce will be bringing some special items for people to add to their collection, so be sure to stop by the Urban Vinyl Daily Booth, #707, around 1pm on Saturday.

Kill Taupe 'Chunky Bun' Wood Cut Outs Presented by Urban Vinyl Daily for DCON 2015

Urban Vinyl Daily and Detroit basaed artist Kill Taupe have teamed up to release a new series of 'Chunky Bun' pieces at Designer Con 2015. Kill Taupe's famous character will be available in a 5"x6-1/4"x1-1/2" painted wood cut out. Available in two editions, the 'Toxic' Chunky Bun and 'Moo!' Chunky Bun, each limited to 3 pieces. To help accent each Chunky Bun, a stack of three barrels are included with each piece. These will be available at DCon 2015, at the UVD Booth #707, priced at $75 each. Definitely a nice piece to add to any collection. For those attending DCON 2015, be sure to stop by the UVD Booth #707 and say hello.

Tasha Zimich x UVD Interview & Dunny Release

I want to share a couple new pieces I worked on for Urban Vinyl Daily, "Oops" and "Oww" custom 3" dunny. We published an interview on UVD here where I share some thoughts on my processes and artmaking. Alongside the interview, these 2 dunnys released on their eStore here.

Ringu - Custom Deadbeets by Skinner

Artist Skinner has customized two Deadbeets, in a black and white fashion, aptly titled "Ringu". For those who don't know, the American movie "The Ring", is based on a Japanese movie titled "Ringu". Skinner took the colors from the movie and created a nice custom Deadbeet adaptation. Each are bagged and feature a custom header card, of course, created by Skinner. One of these customs was made available, for $160 plus shipping, on the Urban Vinyl Daily online store. While the second custom was made for Mr. Scott Tolleson. Congrats to the lucky collector who was able to snag this custom.

UVD Sculpt & Swap Series 2: Jc Rivera x Nerviswr3k

Great series...2 left!!!

For the second installment in our Sculpt & Swap series we challenged Jc Rivera and Nerviswr3k work together to create five 3 inch Dunnys for each to paint.

Jc created three original sculpts with heads cast in resin that Nervis took his brush to and created some awesome effects. These figures are as follows Red (2/10), Green (2/10), and Grey (1/10).

Nervis created a series of his now famous monster designs and sent them over to Jc to go to work on. These figures feature some of Jc's signature paint style and are Yellow (2/10), Lime (2/10), and Grey (1/10).

These orignal customs will be available blind boxed on Thursday April 18th at 12 Noon EST in our online store http://www.urbanvinyldaily.storenvy.com for $100 each. These won't last long so make sure you get them early!
