Up Up Away Kyoot Kickstarter by I Break Toys - A Designer Toy Collective Production

“Up Up Away Kyoot” is a self-appointed super hero fighting for all things cute. With a homemade costume, a K sewn on his chest, he climbed up onto the biggest box he could find, and blew the biggest bubble he could blow. All in the hopes that he would take off into the sky in search of action and adventure. 

Created by Artist Lisa Rae Hansen aka I Break Toys - http://www.ibreaktoys.com/ - Up Up Away Kyoot is 4 " tall on his own but a full 7" once perched upon his trusty box. The original resin is shown below and this Vinyl reproduction will be an exact replica. There will be a Kickstarter exclusive colorway in Green/Black and additional colorways announced as the campaign progresses.

Erock and Heavy Metal Wookie from I Break Toys

May 4th has been dubbed Star Wars day by the world, for sounding similar to the famous words "May the Force..". Now, on May 4th, Star Wars themed toys, clothing and collectibles flood the internet in celebration. Artist Lisa Rae Hansen, I Break Toys, recently created some Heavy Metal inspired resin figures called Erock and the Heavy Metal Wookie. Initially released at TOYCON UK, the remaining batch of figures are going to be made available for preorder on May 4th, 6PM BST. Each figure is based on an original Kenner toy, cast in resin and hand painted by Lisa. Packaged in a non-sealed blister pack, each figure is signed and numbered. Erock has removable drumsticks, while the "Wookie" has articulated arms(thanks to magnets) and a removable guitar. Available through the I Break Toys online store, Erocks are priced at £30 and the Wookies are £40 each. With the edition of each figure being limited to just 10 pieces, this May 4th preorder will have only 5 of each figure available, since the first half was sold during TOYCON UK. ToyCon Exclusives - Taylored Curiosities

In just 5 days you will find Taylored Curiosities and Lisa Rae Hansen at booth #25 of ToyCon UK (York Hall, Bethnal Green, London).  The day is creeping up on us and Taylored Curiosities has organized a special, mini custom show for their half of the booth.

Artists Mark Nagata, Carissa Swenson/Goblin Fruit Studios, Yosiell Lorenzo, Emi Slade, Dok A, Kiboochan, Hints and Spices and Evan Morgan are a few of the artists who have created custom bean sets for the show.  Each has put their own style in to play and created some truly beautiful work.
Lisa has also created a ToyCon themed custom bean and there are other artists who are bringing their work to the show; Sergey Safonov, Run DMB and Okkle.

Each piece is uniqely creative and all of the sets will be available to purchase from their booth on the first day of TyCon UK (on a first come, first served basis).  All items are individually priced by the artists.

Taylored Curiosities will be posting photos of the show and set up on the day and sharing on their instagram and twitter (@tayloredcurios).

Custom Geekwok x Lisa Rae Hansen

This is a custom Geekwok, from Lisa Rae Hansen, for Ume Toy's custom show at DKE Toys booth at Dcon this weekend.

It's called, "May The Geek Be With You" a playful take on the Geekwok, he's an Ewok who's a massive Star Wars fan/geek, who's off to the Toy convention under cover of sun glasses and a hoodie in the hopes that he doesn't get spotted and hounded for autographs.

Exclusive Artist Custom MegaSeths for ToyConUK

Lisa Rae Hansen's MegaSeth is hugely popular and even spawned a Tenacious Toys exclusive "Love Monster" edition.  Recently she sent unpainted figures to four of her favorite artists and they returned them as the amazing pieces you see below.  These custom MegaSeths from artists Jon Paul Kaiser, RunDMB, DMS and Mr. Lister will be available at Lisa's I Break Toy's booth (#39) at ToyConUK.  In case you can't make it over the pond to pick one up, Lisa will have any not sold at ToyConUK will be available at her site.  Lisa will also be debuting the first 10 DIY MegaSeths at her booth as well.

After selling out of the NYCC Exclusive MegaSeths pretty darn fast last October, we asked Lisa Rae Hansen (ibreaktoys) to make us another run. MegaSeth is a 6" resin sculpt that comes bagged and tagged with a header card, along with a button and a mini print. A great package for only $60.

Our own NYCC exclusive MegaSeths sold out FAST at NYCC, so I recommend you pick up this bad-ass figure fast, while you can, from Dragatomi. The Dragatomi figures include a signed mini print for $60. Lisa Rae Hansen is bringing some really tight work to DCon:

Dragatomi (booth 300) will have a micro run of 5 of her MegaSeths in an exclusive edition called "Black Metal"- each comes with a mini print for $60.

Trampt (booth 601) is showcasing 2 of her "Babycakes" characters, each a custom 1/1 as part of their "Hustle and Hype" Show.

Also Trampt at Booth #601 will be some of her "Way Cool Jnr Society" figures.  2 custom "Juniors" along with "BadBoy Destroy" will be causing some trouble at their booth, each 1/1 customs, $50 each. (BadBoy is the short figure below, Junior the tall ones.)
