You will receive one highly detailed action figure with 5 points of articulation that stands approximately 3.75 inches tall and comes carded on an action figure cardback with a blister bubble. This art toy is not a toy. Recommended for ages 30 and up.

In just hours (5pm EST) Goodleg Toys and Small Angry Monster will be unleashing their latest collaboration, the War on Prehis Battlepacks.  The figures will come in sets each featuring a Battlesaur and a drone.  The drones will be bagged with header cards and each set comes with a WoP mini comic.  The drones and Battlesaur gear is resin and the Battlesaurs themselves are Godzilla knockoffs.

"Shinigami" WWRp Caesar custom from Small Angry Monster

Mr. Pratt, a.k.a. Small Angry Monster has blown me away with another amazing 3A WWRp custom figure. Using a Caesar as a base Adam created a robotic Shinigami, a legendary Japanese lord of death.  The weathering and details, like oxidation and prayer scrolls, are amazing and the custom katana really sets this WWRp custom apart.

New "Finks" custom painted capsule figures from Adam Pratt

These collectible capsule toys have been painted to a high level of detail by hand by Adam Prat. You get one blind bagged figure per purchase. Done in a "Rat Fink" style of paint, these figures would look great in your collection.

Argonauts Resin presents Adam Pratt customs

This Tuesday (May 14) at 10 p.m. Eastern Argonauts Resin will be releasing custom 8" Tuttz and mini Tuttz from artist Adam Pratt who has also been signed to be part of Argonaut Resins new creative team.

First up is the Sekhmet Rising - a 8 inch Tuttz with a cracked design that sits in a bed of clear tint orange lava colored resin.

The second 8 inch Tuttz is the Armored Golem MK.1 battlefield cat with worn metal paint work.

The other half of the release will feature a all new set of the Tuttz Begining's tomb (set #3 and set #4) with Egyptian workers that are very different from the previous two versions that were released. Each set will come with micro workers, loose scaffolding and a bag of sand so the collector can arrange the diorama the way they want.

Available tomorrow at D-Con, these spooky Zombie Candy Corn resin sculptures will be available. They stand at aroun 3" tall and 2.5" wide. They are made from a translucent green resin, sculpted by Cash Cannon and painted by Manny X. Each one comes bagged with a header card and sticker. Custom 1-inch Mini Berties by Adam Halfbad Pratt release May 25th

We are happy to announce our next exclusive artist series: we sent a sack of 1" tall Mini Berties by 3A Toys to "Halfbad" Adam Pratt, a CT artist specializing in miniatures.

The release date is this Friday May 25th on Adam's page in the Customs section of www.tenacioustoys.com at 6pm EST.

These custom Minis will be $20 each and this first wave consists of 6 figures.

TMNT Walkabout custom paint by Adam Pratt

Adam Pratt shares with us his repaint of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Walkabout figure:

I really enjoy painting up Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figures. The sculpts on them are crisp, and there are many little details that got lost in the original paint schemes (which were garish and neon).

This guy got painted up in a very realistic paint scheme, and I added a bunch of little freehand details that really made the figure pop.

He was painted with acrylics, washes and weathering powder before being given a matte seal. He dried with a tiny amount of shine, and the paint applique looks like it was originally printed on the figure.

You can purchase this figure in his shop here and read more on his blog here. After seeing what this figure originally looked like, straight out of the packaging, I feel like Adam is fighting the good fight. The original colors were an abomination.

The figure was actually disgusting before Adam repainted it. Whew, what a difference!
