Creature from the Nth Dimension custom Oreion by Jeff Beck of Menace Inc

Jeff Beck sheares with us a teaser of his custom Oreion Figure, done for the upcoming "Oreion's Arrival" Toy Release Party this Friday August 29th from 7pm - 9pm at his shop Menace Inc. Studios.

The creators Mike and Tracy Lindenthal designed and had their character Oreion produced in 4 different colors: clear, red, blue and glow in the dark. They are 12" tall with a sofubi vinyl head and movable resin tentacles.

Oreion will be released to the public at this release party and on menaceinc.storenvy.com for $45.00 Each.

There will also be a handful of custom painted Oreions that will be available at the show.

Jeff's piece is called "Creature from the Nth Dimension" and will be available for $125.00.

TMNT Dark Leo Magnets by Menace Inc Studios for CBCC

Here is the next reveal for Menace Inc's CBCC Exclusives. These are Resin cast Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Magnets "Dark Leo" Edition based on the story line City Fall going on in the comics right now, where Leonardo has switched over to Shredder's side. This is Leo Blue and Black swirled resin to represent Leo's switch to the bad side!! These will be limited to just 4 pieces at $15.00 each at Jeff's Booth R30!! They will come packaged bagged and boarded.

Jeff Beck Dropping the Nostalgia Bomb

I'm going to presume you have fond memories of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- or at least humour me and pretend you do. Jeff Beck of Menace Inc. Studios must, as he's dropping a Nostalgia Bomb and releasing TMNT-Inspired resin magnets.

The Smooth-On 325 these were cast with have 2-3 colours swirled in them to produce a Jade stone effect. Each piece is individual, and will be available here on September 9th at 11am EST for 15$ea.

Blindbox... Paintings?! Artist Series From Piedmont Artists United

 

Jeff Beck of Menace Inc Studios has put together a local North Carolina artists collective called Piedmont Artists United, and they're out of the gates with an interesting new idea.

 

Each artist created a 4x4" painting on canvas interpreting the theme Monsters, and these paintings have been packaged Blindbox style for sale here. Pick a Blind Monstrosity... if you dare!

Jeff Beck's entries on Dave Webb's Blinded by Love series

Dave Webb's Blinded by Love 4" Munny Blind Box Series 1 will go on sale at 5pm on February the 5th -marking the 8 year wedding anniversary of Dave and his wife. The blind boxes will be available at Dave's web store www.davemarkart.storenvy.com and they will be $100.00 each.

Jeff Beck, who made these figures for the series, writes: I had a lot of fun with these did something a littler different with putting in the pipes to make the customs see through...

The Blue one is called "Warm Heart" because a warm heart can always melt the coldest person...
The Black/Grey one is called  "Cold Soul" because on the opposite end of love the bad experiences can make a person cold inside right down to their souls...

These are both 4" Munnys with Magic Sculpt and Acrylic Paint and will come in the Valentine themed Chinese Boxes and will come with a signed art card.

Seal #4: Death Resin Figure by Menace Inc Studios

This is the first full reveal picture for the Death figure by Menace Inc Studios. Made for the 7 Seals Resin Blind Box Series, Death is about 4" tall with his scythe. The figure was cast in resin with an iron coating. Jeff used a special technique to rapidly rust the iron and then seal it to stop the rusting process and fix the look of the piece.

Pictured is the regular version- 1 of 7 made. There is also one chase variant that will be kept a surprise.

Another special one-off version will be part of the big giveaway at midnight. Several of the artists involved in the 7 Seals event will make one-off figures to give away at that magical hour of midnight at the event.

 Jeff Beck has sent over some updated work-in-progress shots of the Thundercats customs he's working on for our shop. The platforms for Mumm-ra, Lion-O and Panthro are different Kidrobot Munnyworld figures. Coming along! Can't wait to see the finished pieces!

In our never-ending quest to seek out and work with cool artists, we ran across Jeff Beck. Or he ran across us. I can't remember.... anyway, Jeff does awesome character customs so when we were talking about what he should do for our site, I asked Jeff what he was into and he gave me a list of some comics, shows, cartoons.... and we decided upon the new Thundercats! Above are the work-in-progress shots he just sent us of his new Thundercats custom Munnys: Mum-Ra, Panthro and Lion-o, from left to right.
