David Stegmann, aka dust, sent over a WIP teaser of his latest custom Designer Toy called "Teddy Knight Egon". It's always nice to see the WIP workbench of artists. From the pictures, dust re-purposed a Teddy Troop figure to create his latest figure. No word on when dust plans on completing the custom, but it should turn into an amazing completed piece.

David "Dust" Stegmann reveals to us 1 of 2 Teddy pieces bound for release through European retailer MintyFresh. This custom Hell Lotus "Master Teddy San" features epoxy sculpted elements, spray and hand painted with acrylics.
Master Teddy San's minute fabric detailing is made more impressive by the minuscule figures seated and draped on Teddy himself. The balance in scale makes it hard to determine whether Master Teddy San is himself a creature, or a monument to even tinier beings. To inquire this piece, or submit questions, contact the artist directly by email at info@davidstegmann.de

Swiss/German Artist Dust sent over some great pics of a recently completed custom 5" MAD*L, titled "Teddy Tank HXW7". Dust has created a great little diorama, with a nice theme which is continuous throughout the entire piece. With the MAD*L Tank being the focal point, this piece comes complete with a driver named Hans and the little fella Peter. Peter is dealing with illegal little creatures, while the driver Hans, has already bought one. This little diorama has a lot of little details and with every picture, something new can be found. The driver Hans appears to be a separate figure and can be positioned anywhere, including inside the Mad*l Tank. Although no word on price or availability, this piece is definitely going to make some collector very happy.

| Untitled Custom Figure by dust |
Dust's latest WIP photo is of a figure that stands at 33cm, or around 13 inches, roughly bigger than a 1/6th scale action figure. The head is a customized Nozzel Squadt, while the body is a self produced articulated figure. Not much else is known at this time, but as more information becomes available, we will be sure to share it with you.
In the mean time, some of dust's canvas and mural work can be seen in the latest Hi-Fructose magazine, don't forget to pick up your copy today.

We are lucky to have a positive working relationship with German artist David Stegmann, aka Dust. Dust makes his own polystone figures. They are very small (usually around 2 inches tall), made in limited quantities and all are hand-painted by the artist. We arranged with Dust to display and sell his pieces at our NYCC booth, and we brought some back to put up in our shop afterwards for those of you who were not able to make it to NY for the con.

| RAS Green Guard figure set by Dust |
We're excited to announce that we will be selling a variety of pieces by German artist Dust at our New York Comic Con Booth #876.
Dust creates polyurethane figures that are around 3 inches tall- they're all highly limited in terms of production numbers, and they're all hand painted. Above is a sculpt called RAS, which we have in 4 colorways: regular, Green Guard, Golden Guard and Grey Guard. Below are his two Teddy sculpts, and his Alter Ego sculpt.
You can follow Dust on his website, and in particular you can check out his toy section. He's got apparel up for sale here. He's also got Flickr, Twitter and he's on Facebook.

All of Dust's figures are articulated at the shoulders and are highly detailed.
Definitely a rare and exciting self-produced group of figures!
