TEASER: Alarment Pieces for CenoBot Series 2.1 Revealed!

Come to NYCC Booth 208 to grab the newest horror-inducing blind box series to hit the market! The Cenobot Series 2.1 is an artist-designed, artist-run blind box series using the Kidrobot 'Bot 3.5" figures as a platform for characters based on the Hellraiser movies. There are approximately 25 pieces in this series by many talented custom toy artists. Above graphic shows the submissions by Alarment, which are alarmingly detailed for 3.5" figures! How... does he do that? Stop by our Booth 208 to grab a blind box for $75! We will have a few open box figures on display so you can swap/trade with us after your purchase.

 

The packaging for these figures is bananas too, and we will be posting pics of that ASAP. With artwork by Crux Delgado and printing services by Renone, they boxes will look tight! So stoked for these.

Lil Jammies Artist Series - Spellbinder by Alarment

Fuller Design's Lil Jammies Artist Series is shaping up nicely, with great customs being produced on the Lil Jammies platform. Spellbinder is alarment's contribution to the Lil Jammies series. With a lot of sculpting over the original design, alarment made what was originally the back of the Lil Jammie's head, the focal point of Spellbinder. Alarment did a great job keeping the overall Lil Jammies shape, while also combining the creature aspect, which is typical for alarment's customs.

The Lil Jammies Series is expected to be available on January 31st and will retail for $70 plus shipping. To make this series more enticing, Fuller has teamed up with stores Vinyl Riot and Collect and Display to give away two DIY packages to a couple of lucky customers who purchase a Lil Jammie from the series. Keep an eye out on this blog for more releases.

Cenobots Custom Hellraiser Bot Blindbox Series Drops 4/20

 

Cenobots are coming! Dropping 4/20/2013 are a fiendish array of 18 custom hellspawn. Inspired by Clive Barker's Hellraiser, these Cenobite themed custom "Cenobots" are what nightmares are made of.

 

We introduced the series earlier with the poster as seen above. Since then, more final products have come forward from the participating artists, as we see here;

Coming Soon - Hellraiser Cenobites Blindbox Series

Nick Invictus Art and a team of designer vinyl customizers have come together to spread the love, and terror, of a Kidrobot Bot blindbox series inspired by Hellraiser Cenobites!

 

Cleverly titled “Cenobots”, this series will release April 20th as a Blindbox for $75ea.

Creatures and Companions by alarment

Alarment is currently working on his series Creatures andCompanions. Here are some work-in-progess (WIP) shots of the upcoming series offigures he has been working on for some time.

This series is made up of thefollowing:

• TheCreatures - Eleven custom 3 inch Dunnys 

• The Companions - Seven custom Funkeys and Fourcustom original sculpts (underlying base of vinyl Android head or Munnyaccessory). 

•  One custom Mini Munny 

• One custom 2.5″ Mini Qee.

The series will be offered in eleven individual pairings,one Creature Dunny and one Companion.  Each set will be offered blindboxed, with two lucky people finding a “golden ticket” in their sets.  Oneticket will be redeemable for the custom Qee, while the other will be for theMini Munny.

Thes ones are made for a private collector, but I am pretty sure that alarment is open for making more Android customs. My personal favorite is Greenskull. Great sculpting and painting work on these guys!
