Arsenal of Artists presents Game Over, a group art tribute show to all things video games!  From cheat codes to power gloves, from Atari 2600 to XboxOne, from Super Mario Bros to Overwatch!

The show is being hosted by the great folks at Cosmic Primate Tattoo, 136 S York Rd, Hatboro, PA 19040 on August 20th, 2016 between 12pm - 9pm.  There's door prizes, raffles, a gaming truck, classic consoles to play, amazing sponsors, food specials and drinks.  Not to mention tons of amazing art work for sale!  And the proceeds will be going to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

SEGA Altered Beast Japanese Soft Vinyl Sofubi from Geek Life

Altered Beast First Stage Boss "Aggar" Prototype

Attention SEGA heads! Geek Life has released pictures of their upcoming Japanese soft vinyl (sofubi) version of the First Stage Boss "Aggar" from the classic video game Altered Beast.

The vinyl process goes from original sculpture (pictured above), to wax and then to a first casting or "test shot". The test shot is the first successful part out of the mold; this reflects what the final product will look like.

NECA's SDCC Exclusive Video Game Jason Voorhees

Among the myriad of drool-worthy exclusives being announced for the rapidly approaching San Diego Comic Con this one easily takes the cake in my opinion.  They are plenty of Jason figures out there.  But how many modeled after the star of the epic(ly terrible) NES game of 1989?  THIS ONE!  Featuring a removable  glow-in-the-dark hockey mask, purple shirt and pants, GID arms, legs, machete and ax, this Jason couldn't be anymore faithful to the video game.

Unless NECA created packaging that looks just like the game.  Now it's perfect.
