Mike Slobot announces his new k-4SLO Security Droid for Sale

Truth be told, Mike has always wanted a protocol droid to help out in the Slobot factory, but has just never taken the plunge. A few weeks ago, one of these KX-Series Security Droids went Rogue and stumbled into the Slobot factory looking for repairs. Like K-2SO from Star Wars Rogue One, he is a re-programmed Imperial Droid. In need of repair and tired of looking like he still worked for the Empire, the newly rebranded K-4SLO got an upgraded processor pack, a fresh lime green paint job and some new wiring. Now the factory has the best parts of a protocol droid and a protector droid. No word yet on whether he speaks Bocce.

Standing about 20″ tall. with a glow in the dark eye, custom painted lime green and silver body, and glow in the dark wires the new k-4SLO Droid is available now for $250 from the Slobot factory.

Mike Slobot: Featured Artist at “Anything Goes” Art Show in Raleigh, NC

Our good friend Mike Slobot is being featured at Litmus Gallery in Raleigh, NC as part of “Anything Goes”.  The Anything Goes 2015 exhibit showcases the works of more than 40 artists in an outstanding range of original visual art including traditional, contemporary, and avant-garde creations. See artists challenging traditional practices of visual art using a wide range of techniques, including paintings, photography, sculpture, and mixed media.

A19 Fleet Mechanics Robot Repair Team x Slobot

Another release form Slobot today, the A19 Fleet Mechanics Robot Repair Team is a team of 5 slobots that fix the cars and space ships around here. 

The A19 Team is responsible for all aspects of Slobot vehicle upkeep.  They are equally comfortable working a on classic Camaro or a Deep Space Cruiser.  Favorite movies are the Fast and Furious Franchise and Serenity.

They each stand about 4″ tall, with a glow in the dark, teal blue glitter eye, chrome stripe and glow in the dark wires. Each one is available for $45 a piece right now at the Art of Slobots online store.
