SD Fake Baron Keshi by Tru:Tek x Awesome Toys

After months of development, the latest from Awesome Toy and Tru:Tek is finally being released for purchase. Awesome Toy has an ongoing Artist Collection series, with the latest being called the "Super Deformed" Fake Baron Keshi, from Tru:Tek and Disart ToyLabs. Designed by Tru:Tek, SD Fake Baron fits in the standard vintage SD super bot keshi, 3D sculpted by Brownoize to be just under 1" tall. With 2 initial buying options, a 3-pack with the classic red, yellow and blue figures, as well as a singular version in red (fitted to be a pencil topper). Priced at $15 for the 3 pack and $7 for the singular pencil topper, these keshi-style little rubber guys are available now through Toy Underground Store. The Mad Wrestler keshi from Monster Island x Disart ToyLabs!

Originally seeing a limited resin release at Toy Art Gallery back in May, the Mad Wrestlers from Monster Island are finally getting a release in rubber courtesy of the Disart ToyLabs this weekend! Heavily inspired by the Weirdballs mini figure off-shoots, these ingenious little guys feature modified KO Madball popper heads that have been kit-bashed with a number of different M.U.S.C.L.E bodies. Featuring a total of 6 different designs from Monster Island’s Paul Bas – 3 more than the original release – the group have all been recast by the Disart ToyLabs’ Tru:Tek in a flexible, UV resistant rubber. Coming packed on authentic, hand cut “Madballs Vs. M.U.S.C.L.E” cardbacks featuring art from AshMadeThis, the figures will be making their keshi debut in 2 different limited edition colorways – a vibrant “Lime Green” and the standard “Flesh-tone” – both coming in at just $55 a set plus shipping. Dropping as part of a unique, cross-Atlantic release, expect to see the flesh set touch down in the Man-E-Toys/Disart store on Sunday, September 6th at 3pm GMT (10am Eastern), whilst the lime will be making an appearance in the Monster Island store on the same day 5 hours later at 3pm Eastern

The “Bartholio” custom bootleg from AshMadeThis x Disart ToyLabs

We’re very proud to reveal the latest collaboration between tattoo artist AshMadeThis and the Disart ToyLabs… “Bartholio” custom bootleg! Inspired by Ash’s hugely popular pin badge design of the same name, the hilarious mash-up of iconic 90′s cartoons has been booted by Disart’s Tru:Tek from a vintage 4″ Beavis bendy toy, coming with an originally sculpted Bart head from none other than NolanJP. Produced at the Disart ToyLabs in both resin and rubber, we bring you a quick rundown of the different versions that’ll be up for grabs…

Bartholio “OG Hand Paint” edition- Cast up in a hard resin, these have been painstakingly hand painted by Ash to match the colours of the original bendy toy release (albeit with bright yellow skin!), each coming with a unique metal-tinged slogan scrawled across the front of the tee. Coming bagged with a custom header from Ash inspired by the official backer art, these will be up for grabs at £25 a piece.

Bartholio “Naked Bart” and “Naked Beavis” jumbo keshi editions- Coming in a keshi-style rubber, these playable versions have been produced in yellow and flesh inspired by both Simpsons and Beavis & Butthead skin tones. Once again coming packed with a custom header from Ash, these have been priced at just £10 each.
