This is an edition of 10 for NYCC 2022 with 7 as pictured (a few available) and 3 special bloody variants (soldl out at NYCC). The interior is hollow and the sculpt comes with an LED tea light to light up the mouth.  The artist Kip Rathke works professionally at Sesame Street Studios and moonlights as a master of dystopian future design in the resin medium.
