Collect And Display's July Artist features I Break Toys

 Following a successful Monthly Artist series in 2015, Collect and Display brought the series back for 2016. This year features 11 different artists, each being featured by Collect and Display for the given month. July's artist of the month features work from I Break Toys, Lisa Hansen. Creating 4 different customs, 3 Custom Dunnys and a custom resin Metalhead, Lisa revisited her Beaufighter characters, which was inspired by WWII aviation. The Custom resin Metalhead figure stands at 4" tall and has an articulated head. Titled "Fangs Out", this aviation term refers to a pilot being "hot for a dog fight". Priced at around $117 (converted) "Fangs Out" comes in a presentation box, with a certificate. The other three customs are 3" Dunnys, each featuring a unique sculpt and color palette. Each Custom Dunny Beaufighters come bagged with a header card and is priced at approx. $85(converted). Darren Clegg's Ghost Squadron Storms Collect & Display 13.2.15

Darren Clegg shares with us two new 4" Munny, sculpted and hand painted, coming to Collect & Display 13.02.2015. Titled Ghost Squadron #1 and #2, these pieces take influence from the Japanese flag and emblem, giving them a warrior-like appearance. I particularly like the detail of the sun on the shoulder plate, inverted from #1 to #2, appearing to be the Rising Sun and Setting Sun.

Disarticulators ToyCon UK Exclusives

With ToyCon UK right around the corner, a few more exclusive releases are coming through the wire.  Tru:tek is going to have at least 2 Disarticulator ToyCon exclusives. The first release is a "Color Change" Madballs of Death!, available at the Disarticulators booth. These were designed by Zectron, cast by Tru:tek, "in a marbled mix of thermal color changing pigments". Priced at 28 GBP each and limited to just 6 pieces, these Madballs of Death will be available at the Rampage Toys x Disarticulator ToyCon Booth #16.

In addition to the color changing Madballs, Disarticulators is teaming up with Collect & Display to release some exclusive Oozeball sets. Limited to just 6 balls with matching display stands, these Oozeball sets are priced at 22 GBPs each. ToyCon UK is shaping up to becoming a great event, from the look of all the fantastic releases popping up.

Icey Cream, Uh Oh and sTEArike Blind Box Series by Klang Customs

Available from Collect and Display now, three new blind box series from Klang Customs.  Icey Cream and Uh Oh series are both based on the Dunny platform, while the sTEArike series is based on the Lunartik Cup of Tea.  All figures are sculpted and painted by hand.

Each figure is £35.00 (about $57 US).

Victorbrass The Primocoggler From Evan Morgan

UK-based artist Evan Morgan has a new release to share- Victor Brass;

"He is torn right out of a steampunk dreamland. His craft is in the fine art creations from found materials such as cogs and gears. The mask hides and protects his identity, for if people knew what was beneath the mask, then ... well I will leave that for your imagination."

These cold-cast resin and brass masks come in a painted version for  £20 and DIY unpainted for £15 on Collect And Display.
