Passive / Aggressive Mini Munny custom by Bryan Collins the Color Chemist

 "Passive Aggressive"
Acrylic and resin on vinyl 4" Mini-Munny

Bryan writes:
This good-vs-evil custom mini-Munny is a commissioned piece I'm calling "Passive Aggressive". This is one of only three custom pieces I've done any type of sculpting on so far, but I plan on integrating more sculpting on current and future customs.

Three little monsters from Color Chemist

Bryan Collins a.k.a. Color Chemist is working on a big project of 3 inch Dunnys for a client. Really dig his beastly approach, the tiger is my personal favorite. What is yours?

Bryan Collins (Color Chemist) is accepting commissions at this moment and they can be ordered at http://www.bryancollins.etsy.com or by emailing bryancollinsart@gmail.com

What a great piece of art is this 3 inch Dunny! It is painted with quite some colors and the paint job looks smooth as always from Bryan. Great work again!

Red Leopard Saber Tooth Dunny by bryancollins on Etsy

This is the first time in 3 years that Bryan A. Collins has released a non-blind-boxed custom Dunny.

Go get it! Bryan says:

The Dunny will come as seen in the photo, with it's own "Color Chemist" box, three pin-back buttons, and a sticker. This is the only piece I plan to make under these circumstances for a while since I still have commissions and exhibits on my plate. I had actually started this piece last year and put it on the back burner. In order to clean up some unfinished projects, I got up extra early a few days in a row and got this piece finished.

Bryan A. Collins Android commissions available; visit him in FL in late April

Artist Bryan A. Collins sends word that he will be appearing at Pioneer Days in High Springs, FL on April 28th & 29th, selling original art at his booth. Meet the guy and buy some art! I've met Bryan here in the NYC area when he last visited- he's a great guy that I am happy to call a friend.

You can also order a commissioned Android (like the one you see above) from Bryan by going here, and check out the custom toy section he put up on his Etsy page to see the other figures he's offering.

How to paint a Dunny: a time-lapse video by the Color Chemist

Check out how the Color Chemist (aka my man Bryan A. Collins) customizes a Kidrobot Dunny. This one, in fact. The above piece was a commission and is sold, obviously, but you can go peruse Bryan's store here. Definitely some sweet customs up for sale.

Ian Ziobrowski NUGGLIFE Triptych at Rendition Gallery

The above 3 paintings by Ian Ziobrowski will be displayed today at the opening of Bryan A. Collins' Rendition Gallery in Fort Collins, CO. Beautiful work, as always, from Ian. Expect to see a lot more work from Ian (paintings and toys as well) as he shifts into high gear this fall!

Ian Ziobrowski "Crook ED the Cop" painting at Rendition

Ian Ziobrowski shares with us one of the 3 paintings he has sent over to Fort Collins, CO for the opening group show at Bryan A. Collins' brand spankin' new Rendition Gallery. Bryan reached out to a number of awesome artists and gathered them up to show at his very first gallery show. Rendition Gallery will be displaying custom toys as well as paintings at this first show, so if you are in CO, you better get yourself over there. Friday September 2nd is the opening night party.

With this "Crook ED the Cop" painting, Ian Ziobrowski showcases his considerable skills and his further exporation of the characters in his NUGGLIFE world. When the Rendition Gallery show opens this Friday, we will reveal Ian's 2 accompanying paintings.

Speaking of galleries, Ian and his brother just opened "Ziobrowksi's Art Studio" in Medford, NY on Long Island. You can go see Ian's paintings and toys and get inked by Eric. Address is: 2329 Route 112, Medford, NY.
