Argonaut Resins Mini Pharaoh Hound in Final Stages of Development

 

Argonaut Resins recently sent over images of the development of the Mini Pharaoh Hound, a 5-inch version of the original Pharaoh Hound figure. Above is the final wax stage of the Mini Hound sculpt next to a Mini Tuttz.

 

Here is a great shot of the full-sized 8-inch Pharaoh Hound (painted) next to the Mini. Eric from Argonaut was sculpting the Mini Hound at Toy Fair in February so that anyone interested in this porcess could watch him work. We covered his booth and the development of the Mini Hound in our special Toy Fair issue of Compulsion Magazine for the iPad.

Above (left to right) are several Argonaut sculpts: little Sucio from our Resin is King Series 2 blind box series, then the Mini Tuttz, the Mini Pharaoh Hound and the full-size hound.
